The variety changes with seasons and availability, however, there is always a generous supply of popular fish available. SALMON MUST BE GUTTED, WHOLE FISH Fish must be cold. If you plan to exchange please inform your Skipper that any fish over 40 degrees may be declined. Make sure your fish is in good condition for exchange. The exchange is only for 6 oz. canned seafood. For every pound of whole Tuna plus $1.75 equals one can of our own freshly canned tuna 1 pound + $1.75 = 1 can Flavored Tuna $2.00 per can Salmon Exchange $2.00 per can Start enjoying quality home canned seafood without the mess.
