
1/4 cup butter 1 cup each salmon & halibut, bite size pieces
3 Tbsps. minced garlic 1 cup cooked shrimp
3 Tbsps. flour 1 cup crabmeat
Half pint whipping cream 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Half pint 1/2 & 1/2 cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste 1 pkg. NO COOK Lasagna noodles
In a saucepan saute' butter and garlic. Add flour, stirring until well mixed. Add the whipped cream and 1/2 & 1/2, stirring constantly.
In a 9x13 pan layer noodles, seafood and sauce. Top with parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish is done.
Serves 6, goes great with a side salad and garlic bread. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Enjoy!
